Casa del Viento is a three storey "house" divided in three floors: we "the owners" live on the top two floors and have a private entrance to the upper floors. The Flat on the 1st floor has three bedrooms and three and a half baths, Big Kitchen, tv area with futon, living room, dining room, laundry room and a huge entrance, exclusive use of the private pool, deck chairs, terrace, and private beach with chairs. We "the owners" do not use any of this common areas when we have guests in the house, nor do we rent out other rooms even if you only choose to rent one bedroom. the other rooms will be locked out of the rest of the house. We do this to ensure your privacy and keep the place private and secure. We do not have any kids or pets, and we are always busy with our respective work. On the other hand we are there if you need us and we will be very happy to help you in any way so you feel at home. There is a phone where you can call us for any help you may need.
Cleaning of the rooms is done once a week, with fresh linens, towels, and beach towels included, we also provide toilet paper, soap, drinking water 20L bottles, The kitchen comes with blender, coffee machine, toast maker, microwave, bosch oven, fruit juice machine, double sink, big fridge and a separate freezer. There is a washer and dryier in case you need to do any laundry.
There is a two person kayak included with oars and life jackets to go to the reef we have snorkel gear that you can use, two bycicles, beach toys, like volleyball, freesbee, football, soccer ball. there are some table games like cards, dominos and scrabble.
There is a tv area with wide screen 32' high definition lcd tv. with dvd and movie library. Local cable with channels like discovery, tnt, cnn, movie channels etc. High speed internet. and phone to receive calls.
We also have massage table in the house that you can use on your own or have a personal masseuse come to the house for massage treatments. about 40dlls an hour. I can give you information on this when you are here.
